About the Project

Breezy Event Services was proud to partner with CUPRA for an unforgettable activation at the iconic All Points East Music Festival. Our mission was to elevate CUPRA’s brand presence while seamlessly integrating their vision into the dynamic festival environment.

From concept to execution, Breezy was involved in multiple aspects of the project, including pre-production, event staffing, and on-the-day coordination. Our team collaborated closely with CUPRA & Vampire Productions to deliver an engaging, branded experience that resonated with festival-goers, highlighting CUPRA’s innovative spirit. With thousands of attendees, we ensured every detail was managed with precision—creating a flawless and immersive experience.

Together, we made CUPRA’s activation at All Points East a highlight of the festival, delivering an unforgettable event for both the brand and its audience.

What We Did

Event Logistics and Planning:

We coordinated all logistical elements, from venue setup to equipment sourcing,ensuring CUPRA’s activation was perfectly integrated within the festival’s layout.

Branded Activation Design and Execution:

Our team collaborated with CUPRA to deliver an immersive brand experience,managing everything from sourcing suppliers to the physical setup, creating an engaging and memorable space for festival-goers.

On-Site Coordination and Management:

Our event managers were on-site to oversee the seamless execution of the activation, ensuring everything ran smoothly and on schedule throughout the festival.

Skilled Event Staffing:

We provided trained brand ambassadors and crew to represent CUPRA, engaging attendees, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring an elevated customer experience.

Production and AV Support:

We oversaw all technical requirements, including, lighting, and AV setup, to bring CUPRA’s activation to life, ensuring it met the festival’s high standards.

Health & Safety Management:

Ensuring compliance with festival regulations, we coordinated safety protocols,risk assessments, and crowd management to provide a secure environment for staff and attendees.
