Health & Safety Policy
Breezy Event Services is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of its employees.
Each employee will be given such information, instruction and training as is necessary to ensure that they can carry out their work tasks safely.
It is the duty of management to ensure that all processes and systems of work are designed to take account of health and safety and are properly supervised at all times.
Adequate facilities and arrangements will be maintained to enable employees and their representatives to raise issues of health and safety.
Competent people will be appointed to assist us in meeting our statutory duties including, where appropriate, specialists from outside the organisation.
Every employee must co-operate with us to enable all statutory duties to be complied with. The successful implementation of this policy requires total commitment from all levels of employee. Each individual has a legal obligation to take reasonable care for their own health and safety, and for the safety of other people who may be affected by their acts or omissions. Full details of the organisation and arrangements for health and safety will be set out in separate documents.
This policy will be regularly monitored to ensure that the objectives are achieved. It will be reviewed and, if necessary, revised in the light of any legislative or organisational changes.

Public Liability Insurance
Breezy Event Services holds £10 million PLI cover for all staff we place on any event.
Please enquire directly for the insurance certificates if needed.
Risk Assessment and Management
Breezy Crew is contracted as general crew, unless otherwise specified, and as such will be responsible for the loading and unloading of various items and equipment for the event in question. Breezy Crew will undertake all manual handling operations regarding a variety of tasks associated with the production and successful completion of each event. These tasks may include, but are not limited to; loading and unloading; moving equipment, truss, staging and miscellaneous items as necessary; assisting in the construction of fencing, staging, set and other required structures; assisting in the installation and set-up of audio, video and lighting equipment; miscellaneous cleaning tasks; and any other tasks deemed necessary and within the scope of work as agreed by the client and Breezy Crew Ltd.
Specific tasks undertaken by prior agreement include; Working with MEWPS, Forklift driver, Event Carpentry, Drivers A/V Technicians and Site and Production Managers.
